The Senior Executives Association and the Public Service Leadership Institute at the Partnership for Public Service are excited to welcome you to the 2025 Senior Executive Leadership Summit: The Journey of Leadership. The summit takes place on Feb.11-13, 2025, both in person in Washington, D.C., and virtually. As the premier annual conference on public service leadership, the summit will inspire, develop, and connect leaders across government, with a focus on current and aspiring Senior Executive Service members. 

The path of leadership is not always straightforward. Whether through the ups and downs of meaningful growth, tough transitions, or unexpected turns, public service leaders make a conscious choice at every step of their journey to stay committed to values and mission. This three-day summit will feature engaging keynote speakers, panels, and breakout sessions that will help leaders navigate the complex journey of leadership by connecting with fellow travelers and charting their future course together.
