Back Office No More: Elevating Human Resources Management
 
One of the priorities of the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council is building a strong and modern Federal HR workforce able to provide credible, effective support as partners in agency mission, strategy, and operational success. The Elevating Human Resources Working Group is developing a common understanding of the state of the HR workforce and is identifying successful and innovative human capital management practices in order to strengthen HR competencies and expand developmental opportunities for the HR workforce. Together with other working groups focused on data, the future of work, employee engagement, outreach and hiring, the Biden administration is focused on enhancing the capability and capacity of the federal HR workforce as mission enablers.  Join the April 20 Working Forward Forum for a conversation with human capital leaders spearheading these initiatives.
