As part of Public Service Recognition Week, the Federal Academic Alliance is hosting the Spring 2023 Federal Government Virtual Education & Professional Development Symposium.

A Section 508-conformant version of this memorandum is attached above.  The schools represented in this event are all members of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Federal Academic Alliance.  At this interactive virtual and in-person event, participants will have the opportunity to meet representatives from each of the schools, OPM Federal Academic Alliance, and attend presentations delivered by subject matter experts from the participating institutions, at no cost.  OPM created the Federal Academic Alliance in 2014 to assist the Federal government in addressing critical skills gaps.  The alliance provides higher educational opportunities to the Federal workforce by providing current Federal employees with the opportunity to pursue post-secondary education at reduced tuition rates.

All Federal employees, spouses and eligible dependents, Military members, and spouses are invited to attend this event.
