SEA and FEIAA Sign MOU, Announce Partnership

WASHINGTON, DC - The Senior Executives Association (SEA) and the Federal Executive Institute Alumni Association (FEIAA) today announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together on projects to achieve the organizations’ shared goals of equipping the federal workforce with the tools and knowledge it needs to carry out its mission, and of working to implement best practices that make our government more efficient, effective, and competitive.

“SEA is excited to join forces with the Federal Executive Institute Alumni Association, which is comprised of hundreds of federal executives who have committed themselves to careers marked by continued education with an eye toward better serving the American people,” said SEA President Bill Valdez. “By partnering, SEA and FEIAA will pursue projects aimed at enhancing their constituent members’ experiences and professional development opportunities.”

“This is an important and logical step for both FEIAA and SEA.” said Peter S. Duklis, FEIAA President and Senior Advisor. “The benefits are yet to be seen, but I know they will be numerous. As they say, ‘…I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.’”
