Recognition begins with a formal Certificate of Appreciation and may expand to include other tokens of thanks as the program matures. PurposeThis program provides a consistent and meaningful way to acknowledge members whose efforts move our mission forward. It reflects our gratitude, raises visibility for outstanding contributions, and fosters a culture that values career leaders. Who We RecognizeMembers may be recognized for: • Leadership on SEA initiatives and events How Recognition Works1. Nomination The nomination form will open at the official launch in Spring FY 2026. A member alert will include the link. 2. Review Nominations will be reviewed and approved by the SEA President or designee to confirm eligibility. 3. Preparation Certificates will be personalized with the recipient’s name, date, presenter, and a brief statement recognizing the contribution. 4. Presentation Whenever possible, recognition will be presented publicly at SEA events or virtually.
